Summary of Position

The Redside Foundation seeks an energetic, self-motivated Executive Director (ED) to provide leadership in supporting the health and strength of Idaho’s guiding community. The ED provides leadership for the Foundation by articulating and advocating for our mission, vision, and values. The ED is responsible to the Board of Directors for the general management of the Foundation’s operations, including core programs; general administration; fundraising; public relations; and other related activities. The ED fosters broad support for the Redside Foundation by cultivating relationships among a broad spectrum of volunteers, donors, community members (e.g. guides and outfitters), and other relevant publics. This position requires occasional night and weekend work and the potential for statewide travel. This is a part-time position; work schedule and location are negotiable.
